MIRAFLEX TERMS & CONDITIONS
Miraflex Flexible & Safe frames are inspected at least three times before being shipped from our warehouse,
and we feel confident we are not shipping defective merchandise. The frames are not easily breakable but they are
NOT indestructible! Our return and replacement policies are based on our confidence in our Flexible & Safe
product.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – Unworn Flexible & Safe Frames
NEW, unworn Flexible & Safe frames (with frame bar code tags intact) may be exchanged or returned at any
time. Additional shipping charges will apply. Unworn products that are returned and not exchanged will be
charged a 10% restocking fee. Products must be returned with all original parts. The cost of missing parts will
be deducted from any credit.
WORN FLEXIBLE & SAFE FRAMES ARE NOT RETURNABLE AT ANY TIME AND CAN ONLY BE REPLACED UNDER THE REPLACEMENT POLICY
REPLACEMENTS – Worn Flexible & Safe Frames
WORN Flexible & Safe frames, Flexible & Safe frames that have had any kind of lenses installed, Flexible &
Safe frames with missing bar code tags, or Flexible & Safe frames that have faded due to contact with lotions
or chemicals may not be returned or exchanged at any time. A Flexible & Safe frame in this category may be
replaced within one year from date of purchase with the identical frame for a warranty replacement fee
plus shipping. You pay shipping both directions.
TERRYFLEX Frames
TerryFlex frames are NOT unbreakable frames. They are made of an impact-and-crack-resistant material but they are NOT unbreakable or indestructible. At the time of purchase, we will request a patient reference for each TerryFlex frame. We will replace a broken TerryFlex frame one (1) time only per patient, within one year of purchase. Upon any subsequent TerryFlex frame breakage, we urge moving the child into a Flexible & Safe frame, or they may purchase another TerryFlex frame at full price.
HOW TO RETURN FRAMES
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number written clearly and legibly on the outside of the package.
You may obtain an RMA number by calling
toll-free 866-647-2359 (Canada 877-647-2359). Returned items that do not include an official RMA number
printed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender unopened. |
